Some are streamed using Microsoft Teams, so participants don’t have to travel anywhere to attend the class. All students can attend in-person classes, but they are limited in number. Group Fitness also offers Group Cycle, a unique feature. This class is an indoor cycling class that challenges riders to increase their speed and endurance.
