
A new workout routine on Orange Planet is coming to Pleasant Hill: CrossFit. This fitness routine combines Olympic weight lifting with cardio conditioning and gymnastics into one workout. The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on June 12 by the co-owners, trainers, and they will offer CrossFit classes at no cost to the public.
